• Empower youth to recognize and apply their innate creativity

• Nurture a sense of respect for the environment and ecological responsibility in youth
• Assist youth in the development of marketable skills
• Facilitate the successful transition of youth into productive participants in society

• Ensure participants’ long-term success and continuity of program goals through establishing partnerships with community and cultural institutions which work for social and environmental justice
